Discussing e-safety

As part of our computing curriculum, we have to put on our blog every week what we have done in our computing lessons. 


Today we started to discuss e-safety and what it means.

Here is what we initially came up with as a class:


To help us understand the concept of e-safety a bit more, we read the story of 'Smartie the Penguin'. We had to discuss whether we thought Smartie was making the right decisions in certain scenarios.

We definitely agreed with Smartie's choices. He always thought it was best to tell his Dad if he felt unsafe. We all decided, that the best way to stay safe on the internet is to ALWAYS tell an adult.

We also loved singing the internet safety song!
